When Frank and I said "I do" we did it our way; a whole weekend of friends, family, laughter and of course love. We created a weekend that reflected us, we said no to the conveyer belt, corporate style venue and yes to a relaxed location that we could put our own stamp on.

Yours Friday to Monday
With space to welcome 80 to 100 guests, for your reception, our stunning 18th Century Barn sits in 10 acers of private grounds. Tucked away down its own private drive, we invite you to make Sprotts Farm your own from Friday lunch time to Monday morning and create a wedding that reflects you as a couple.
Sprotts Farm has three individual cottages with space for 12/13 of your closest friends and family to join you in the build up to your big day. Booking the cottages along with the barn is a condition of hire, it means you will have the place to yourself for the whole weekend. I am happy to book them directly to your guests should you not wish to stay at Sprotts for your wedding, just let us know what works best for you.
The Barn is a completely dry hire venue, think of it as a marquee but with a real Wow factor.

The Transformation
Creating the perfect weekend in a dry hire venue like The Barn at Sprotts is a dauting task. Not only will you need to book caterers, DJ and entertainment but also logistics like toilets, tables and chairs. This is why we have teamed up with Hayley and her amazing team at Starry Eyed Weddings.
Hayley's organisation skills and eye for details teamed with her vision and years of experience in the wedding industry means that she is the person to over see your weekend with us here at Sprotts.
Simply put, she knows every inch of the Barn and understands what works and what doesn't. The team at Starry Eyed weddings will take away the stress of organising such a big event, making your wedding not only run smoothly, but look amazing too.
You are not obliged to work with Starry Eyed Weddings when you chose Sprotts for your big day, but we strongly recommend you do. Take a look at their work:
A Weekend to Remember

Friday evening
Share a meal cooked for you by Amy at Stour Valley Catering, a simple BBQ or a meal at one of our excellent local pubs. Then spend the evening together in our games room our smore making round the firepit
Saturday - The big day
Perhaps a swim in our heated outdoor pool to calm the nerves before the bustle of the day begins. We don't have a licence here at Sprotts (yet) so the legal bit will need to be elsewhere, but you are very welcome to have a non-legal ceremonies here, our muliti-use games room is ideal, or chose a favourite part of the garden.
After the I Do's
We have room to seat 80 to 100 guests in the barn, with space for 150 guests for dancing. Amy and her team will cook you up a storm with one of excellent local street food vendors for evening nibbles.
Carriages for guest not staying on site is midnight
The Morning After
Its Sunday, you've done it! Why not invite some of your close friends and family back to Sprotts for brunch?
